if you watched yesterdays broadcast on BRR you may have noticed that the well was drilled in "Olive Plantation"..

as far as the eye's could see there were rows and rows of Olive Tree's.

so one could perhaps surmise that the "JVP's" would negotiate a deal with the land owner.

perhaps a few GRAND up front & a royalty for each barrel of oil produced.

too the get the rig in place and with the other equipement needed. they probably removed a few Olive trees.

the land owner could be sitting on a fortune from royalties.
