There is a lot of shareholders out there that are averaging $10.00 + unfortunately due to the raising a lot of them will not live to see that sort of price again however it will happen, if they don't go broke in the mean time.
At the moment the current price is attractive and over the last few weeks US steel stocks have rallied hard it wont take long for the dog on a leash (our market) to work it out.
perhaps buy at - $1.40, page-20
