of a major industrial partner with similar goals...
part of success strategy..after all the Guangri Group
has representation in 50 Chinese provinces..and I am sure
existing Chinese office is assisting in co-ordinating
proposed extensive expansion of large scale Chinese solar
projects.The attraction of a financial partner at
0.001c/share says a lot about joint venture pipeline
projects...
