Seems to me Co. on right track despite reluctance
of Oz investors to be drawn to this area of market.

Might change once the Oz financial system gets real

We are now, in terms of total GDP/total debt, at at least 300% of GDP...similar to Greece...but we continue to hide
behind elevated mining/housing values...Once that drops off expect dollar at 50c similar to 2001 when iron ore dropped to $65/tonne..China has numerous options for raw materials...and Oz is extremely vulnerable to higher interest rates.
Don't forget RBA interest rate target rate is 7%..as normal level...if that occurs expect at least 30% decline in real
estate values..
