I'd still wait on the sidelines for 2 main reasons
1. There may still be a reason behind yesterday's sell off that we are not aware of.
2. The current market conditions are an absolute dog
Safer to wait and watch for confirmation that the downtrend is actually broken before buying. That means you wont catch the bottom, but then again you will also avoid repeating what you did at $4
