The management is ruled by Geologist, who has a reasonable share of the company, geologists are like auditos in nature, they like to have all the boxes ticked before stating anything.
Over the long term I rather have boring and be un-noticed, facts will provide for a powerful launch when there will be no choice but to jump on board.
