I think the iron ore was a good move. Im holding a substantial investment (for me) in GDN. While I had hoped that the price would have appreciated a fair way by now, the market seems to be unconvinced. Sometimes the best time to buy is when others are following the pack an selling. Given the well is now being tested, and much of the risk of actually drilling the well has passed I am surprised the stock is lower than it was when the well was just getting going (8c). At any rate the company is still moving forward with its plans, there is little we can do as shareholders other than continue holding and following the strategy of the company. If this is a commercial well I expect the company should present a great buy at current prices. Im keen to see some financials from the company on expected production/profitability in the near future.
