Yeah interesting situation, not 100% sure what to make of that slide.
I checked Perilya's major shareholders just in the off chance that Toho was on their major shareholding listing. Nup - on the contrary was a couple of Korean Zinc corporations.
So based on that, not sure Perilya would get a sniff at CBH as Toho would lose leverage, particularly with SS BFS on the horizon. A hostile takeover is always possible but that would be drawing a seriously long long long bow and even then Toho would probably up the ante.
