Severaral "engulfing" patterns for Zinc. Breakout imminent.
However: Perkoa issues have to be sorted out. Open pit unprofitable. Underground mining to be assessed in detail and especially full cost to be determined. We have to understand what the issues is then optimization has to take place and then we will see if Perkoa is able to generate cash flow.
I expect a zinc price around 2200-2500 US$/ton in the next 12 maybe 18 months. I guess this should be sufficient to produce profitably. If not then I have to aks myself what kind of calculations they have made at Perkoa in the last years.
