I really must buy a pair of your rose cloured glasses.
The thought occurs to me that the banks wouldn't lend much on the project thus the higher equity.
On the other hand maybe the canadians extracted a high price when the pommes couldn't perform.
Time will tell and I will pick up some more oppies if there is a retreat in price
