Not enitrely sure what your getting at D, but this ann could be read in one of two ways:

1) MF dangled a carrot out previous ann and since then drilling hasn't started yet (after all MF time is slower than Fiji time).

2) Drilling has already occurred on the previously defined anomolies (2 7 10), and "the program" that the ann refers to is actually the remaining anomolies that were still to be finalised in terms of drilling (ie soil samples needed etc etc)

If history's anything to go by, I'd say point 1.

Either way, we perhaps should stop speculating and seek a clear response from management on it.
