Cant understand why the company couldnt just make such an annmnt.All it does is to keep us informed as to the LIKELY outcomes.
I'd be facinated to know as to why it does take as long as it is to arrange the offtake/s though.I know they mentioned a high possibility of not just one offtake and this would probably make for a longer time period prior to the finance and equity being sorted espc if there might be some form of debt offer being incorporated with the offtake as was heavily hinted at via annmnts and media items.
Any kind of debt offer obviously changes the finance required and therefore the equity required as well and I suppose the more debt that Aim can wangle from the offtaker(if thats whats happening) the better for holders.
