I remember we had all discussed on H.C many moons ago when zinc was around $4000 a tonne , that Flory should not get to cocky and start locking in some deals at these prices.
We all thought it was a risky play not to lock in something at those prices but he was adamant not to be hedged, especially for funding. He didn't want the banks to dictate terms.
That is what happens when management are out of their depth and ego rules decisions.
