The Adelaide Advertiser carried a story yesterday (040209) regarding an increase in size of Perlubie-1 by BPT.
An extract:
"Beach Petroleum chief operating officer Hector Gordon said the discovery would yield 500,000 to a million barrels of oil. 'These types of discoveries are small but they are very profitable' he said.
Mr Gordon said the discovery would be worth at least $10 million to the firm."
So Cooper could have up to 250,000 boe added to reserves; not a bad outcome!
