Hope you know what you are doing with ROC, and have taken a look at their decade of huge expenditure. To some extent it is the unfocussed, high expense path of ROC that I fear COE is travelling down. Don't neglect to tally up the DAX over the past 5 years, or if you prefer the E&D expense.
Imho the COE boys will be attempting very hard to get a few more cps out of TPA, but there might not be boardroom unanimousity on that. To some extend they will feel like me - it was a steal at the price at the time - but now not exceptional value, and only compelling if you liked the management approach.
