makes one wonder why beach PR office is consistently belated with ann..especially with cooper jv success or failure...cooper jumping the gun anywhichway and beach a coupla days later?...deliberate action to keep sp down or just incompetent PR??...annoying for us beach holders anywhichway....screaming towards reg : what's going on?!..however just me daily frust on the beach anywhichway..:-) or :-(..schizo as usual
