    I had placed a $150m-$230m valuation BASED on sales in the area.

    And that was when POO was $80+
    so it is a surprise to me also...so fair call, it's a great price.

    however LOTM placed zero value on Permian over last 12 months....as did VH.

    I said this land without production was leverage to gains....ie: it was free
