Does today's announcement by AZZ on a LOI for sale for US$300m for their Permian assets have any bearing on MPO's permian, particularly given MPO is at cash backing and yet producing ~1000boepd from their Permian assets? AZZ's production was only 1600boepd (at 6:1 ratio and not grossed up for calorific value).
