I think I have read such words somewhere before ?? Expected payback usually means far different to reality ?

Also, a 15 year lifespan seems rather short from what I have read elsewhere so I am a little bemused by that comment ?? ( under promise )

Happy with the number of 40bbl / day ? I can't see that in the script ( My eyesight is getting worse with age though :) ) so is that their 25% WI or do they receive 10bbl / day from 25% of the 40 ??

I think what you have posted is very much under promise and hope to over perform which is a wise call by the company. I think there is room for a better result than what they have stated there, considering Glasscock County is pretty much up there in the production numbers for the PB.
