Am i correct in reading between the lines of management change that you see a takeover as a strong possibility?
In my opinion the company that you outline in your post appears to have been poorly managed to get to the point you describe. And they reach this point with the use of more than $85 million of shareholder funds.
Do you still have the opinion that a class action is unlikely?
Surely something is not right, even before you get to statements made by management. As you say, the market cap is $8 million on a good day, $4 million on a bad day. The company had a market cap of $18 million when it listed in 2003.
