but perhaps suiting ARM/ANGLO in a deal.

also theres the revolutionary refining process posted earlier by Balilow...Kell process? which could explain changes? but might knock out Anglo or Xstratas interest to make money refining?
My perceptions could be wrong but theres plenty of good news around and plenty of options,imo.
