At the moment NFL are in the middle of a Capital raising and they are taking a deliberately conservative approach to the value of the company to ensure that this Capital raising goes ahead and doesn't sink the company

For the share price to rise we really need some positive announcements regarding projected profit from ongoing operations and these announcements can ONLY come out after the Capital raising is approved.

Perhaps the quarterly report due at the end of July or more likely the quarterly report due at the end October will give a better pointer to their future direction.
