The tragic thing is, if they are not subject to the moratorium because the plots they have are on private land, then why has the permit application NOT gone in?
I don't want to read anything sinister into that but I am somewhat surprised they have not on the horse and taking the application over to the registry.
They must realise they need to do it fast or the cash burn rate will catch up to them.
