All the baseless innuendo put up on the PEN threads in relation to this permit, and permits generally, will be proven so wrong. PEN has not changed target dates and is aggressively pursuing the dates stated to achieve early production 2012.
As Yuro stated it is most likely construction will commence at latedt Sept. IMO it will be as early as July.
The DWDW permit will be issued amd soon IMO. The next step will be issue of an exemption tp permit early construction activities.
