thanks for your research sdk, much to take in and consider. you seem to have a greater knowledge on BEM than most others. would it be best to present some of your research to the Directors for their comments and clarifications as your statements cast doubts, or at least shadows over BEM's previous announcements.

Hi sonic02, I have considered that but thought first I would try and verify things independently hence why I have approached the counter parties to the amodiation contracts for confirmation that they are either still on foot or whether they have been relinquished. Its not that I dont believe BEM necessarily, but confirming from the counter party first is more conclusive (IMO). The other approach was to get the community here to further assist by rebutting or providing evidence to the contrary. In the event we cant achieve that, your right, probably beneficial to go straight to BEM.
