HI Sdk It appears you've got a few names and facts mixed up and you may wish to correct things as your post has been referred to the Company. Firstly, you are confusing Energiser and ERG with a Madagascan entity, Energex. BEM's transaction to acquire the tenements it holds were with Capricorn which wholly owned Energex. BEM does not have any contractual agreement whatsoever with Energiser or Next Source and I think you need to correct this as its highly misleading. Further, any Amodiation contracts BEM has are for minerals other than graphite. Did you not read the legal opinion in the prospectus? Madagascar is going through changes to its Mining Law which means all permits (for every company operating their) are in a state of renewal. BEM is no different to this and continues to manage its renewals. Perhaps do a little more research and get your company names right and in the meantime, if I were you I'd publish a few correcting statements..
