Madagascar is going through changes to its Mining Law which means all permits (for every company operating their) are in a state of renewal. BEM is no different to this and continues to manage its renewals.
Perhaps do a little more research and get your company names right and in the meantime, if I were you I'd publish a few correcting statements..

As to your point about exclusive rights to graphite, the amodiation between Mada Aust and ERG does include graphite on 8 small squares on 5394. The question is whether the withdrawal has been registered with BCMM. Can you show me where BCMM have formally ackonwledged lodgement?

Happy to be corrected on the assumption ERG (Madagascar) was linked to BEM. However, the risk still stands, but just with another entity.
