To me the PTM is a massive de-risking milestone - without there is NO mining.
If the share price reacts, then fantastic, if not then at least i know we are one step closer to becoming a producer.
No producer of uranium i know has a market cap less than 300m (10cps fully diluted for PEN) today after being hammered by Fukushima and world debt sentiment.
