Simple reality is that in the last 4 months or so we should have (i.e. PEN's own timeline):

1. DFS
2. Strategic partner
3. initial Karoo resource
4. (hazy memory) updated/increased resource in Wyoming
5. other stuff....

Very very sloppy PR management imo.

I still like the projects, but....

Personally, I think GS got over confident (dare I say it, cocky?).....imo.
