Calm down for goodness sake.
What a load of trash. My attitude is that wiser people have advised wise people at PEN to go about things a little differently which has caused a time delay. Simple as that. A few other things thrown in like piping gripes and other things most of us are aware of. I am glad we are in the position we are in now..ie, if the DFS had have been announced in April without the permit to mine the whole "ooomph" would have expired by now.
I will bet "London to a brick" that all you worry warts will be espousing PEN managements' perspicacity and throwing your hands in the air wondering "How did we miss that?" They are drilling, drilling, drilling,!!!
Maybe my father's teachings in obstetrics are appropriate in this case:---
" watchful expectancy and masterly inactivity'
