I have been watching pen for a while and it is fair to say I have done a fair bit of dd. All along while I have been watching the sp has been rising. Did it bother me? No! I was waiting for an opprtunity to purchase and for me it was the granting of the mining lease (allbeit to another company) Grateful I go them under 9cps but in the long term that won't matter. Some would say why not get in earlier? The answer is simple. Playing other stocks. But as the saying goes if you join the dots cr> investor preso> mining leases granted>??? For me the risk is now greatly reduced and I look forward to big things over the coming months. Do not underestimate the significance of this announcement folks.
