PEN announced on 16 May that the WDEQ's technical review was well ahead of schedule.
First round technical comments were originally expected 24 July but were now expected late May/early June.
Two documents uploaded to Adams overnight indicate that the technical review comments were provided to Strata.
Further, Strata has now submitted its responses to the comments (all detailed over 35 pages on one of the documents). I've had a quick look and it doesn't look like there are any major obstacles. All seem to be fairly minor issues.
WDEQ now has to review Strata's respnses - in s second technical review round - prior to awarding Permit to Mine (if all is ok).
WDEQ received the responses on June 30th. The 2nd round should be much shorter that the 1st - so good chance of completing this month.
