I feel like an enemy bomber flying into allied territory.Must admit I missed the story, but still keep watch for an opportunity, see,I'm waving a white flag!On a serious note---PEN'S expectation to mine in 2012?
In Wyoming several companies( ISL/ISR )have lodged aplications for permits to mine. Some going back to 2007,and still the process is not finalised.I won't quote specifics because it takes up to much space, but anyone that's interested can read through all of this http://www.wise-uranium.org/upusawy.html#LOSTCREEK
you could argue the delay was instigated by the company because of the low u308 price, but others would say the approval process is indeed lengthy.
ISL/ISR is probably the one that environmentalists hate most of all,esp in USA &EUROPE &OZ,delays are phenomenal,
CUY have already had issues with managing solution flows, the other early producer is USA,but their mine is only 20km from town,I can see the EIS & EPA slowing this one down.
Back to PEN, with the data available in the above link why is everyone so confident the approval process will be plain sailing to mine start in 2012?
