permit to mine, page-19

pewal, this post im replying to was posted 2 weeks ago and says that mining permit should be approved within 90 days. If thats the case, then we should know before end of march.

However, in one of the letters from NRC to Tony Simpson, it states:

"staff will not commence its formal acceptance review of the application until May 2,2011. The staff expects to complete the acceptance review within 60 days or by July 1, 2011. At the time that the application is accepted, the staff will undertake a detailed technical review to be completed within 215 days of acceptance or by February 1, 2012."

Does this mean we were all overly optimistic regarding approval of the permit and that it now will not be until Feb 1 2012 or is there some step in between that im missing.
