Following on from vintage's excellent post on structure of the various permits,
(Now maybe this has been covered already, but if so, i must have missed it in the blur of disccussion of all the various events we are expecting over next years).

This is about the timing of the NRC license (which I understand we only need to be granted in time for first production, not construction).

I have typed in the names of the months below because looking at american-style "backwards" dates was confusing me. (eg changing 6/2/11 to =May/2/11)

Safety Review *
- Requests for Additional Information (RAIs) Issued to Applicant = Feb/12/12 ? T
- Final Safety Evaluation Report (SER) completed = June/15/13 ? T
Environmental Review
- RAIs Issued = Feb/12/12 ? T
- Draft SEIS issued to EPA = July/13/12 ? T
- Public comment period = Oct/5/12 ? T
- Final SEIS issued to EPA = Jun/29/13 ? T
License
- License issued = Aug/5/13 ? T
[ Timeline does not include extended lead times for applicants to respond to RAIs or open issues]

My question is this:
I thought we are expecting
Mar 2012: Yellowcake production commence at the Ross Project [PEN presentation]
but the NRC website says August the following year 2013 for license. 18 month discrepancy?

Again, sorry if I have missed this already being answered (I do voraciously read most everything)
