It is not an argument that many projects had to be put on hold or the backburner because of the low U3O8 price, it was a fact.
In fact some companies back in the crisis actually bought uranium off the spot market to fulfill their contractual obligations instead of expanding existing projects as it was more economical to do so!
But yes, the efficiency of the new streamlined process can be illustrated through the quick approval process recently of URZ. Have a peek of that.
Fair observation though, but you need to look at the background of their non or delayed approvals :)
