Not an enemy bomber, more like a misguided blank missile. This topic has been raised here over and over and over again by misinformed posters. Doing comparisons wirh companies that submitted applications and were assessed under the old process. One acknowledged even by the regulators as ridiculously cumbersome and outdated.Once again I state, as the company themselves has done, PENs application is the very first under the new streamlined GEIS process, note THE FIRST, so to do any comparisons you require a like application, that will be difficult as there isn't one. Also you have overlooled with your comparison that other companies attempted to circumvent the federal EPA requirements regarding disposal aquifers. This amongst other aspects caused them to have to go back and resubmit applications causing long delays. PEN acknowledged this important aspect and submitted a compliant DWDW application last June.Has any permit been granted? You will need to read more, yes you have missed it or overlooked it for reasons known only to you. Fact no permit has ever been refused for ISR mining in Wyoming and yes permits have been granted.May I respectfully suggest you do a little more research on this as you truly have missed your target. Clearly you either haven't read past topics on that here or elsewhere or ypu have overlooked it completely.
