Looks like someone has been telling porkies.

Minutes of the 12 April meeting between Strata and NRC uploaded to Adams last night.

Update on PTM contradicts what certain management have been telling us for some time that the bonding issue is the only remaining hurdle. Looks like there are still some Form 8 issues.

Here is the relevant part of the minutes:

"With regard to the status of the Wyoming Permit to Mine, Strata indicated that the permit to mine is essentially complete with only two outstanding issues that are nearly resolved. One outstanding issue is obtaining all consents to mine from all landowners in a form acceptable to
the State. The second outstanding issue consists of the bonding mechanism for the State’s financial surety"
