From an estate planning point of view . . . . . . if the deal with Harry was completed with his signature before he passed away, PEN don't have a problem.
If however, all documentation was not finalised prior to his death, his estate and subsequent beneficiaries to the property would all have to be in agreement. . . . . after the estate is settled.
How many sons did Harry have?
Last option . . . . . Harry did not have a valid will, as a lot of people don't. . . . . . . more legal problems, family issues and time delays.
