we now have confirmation that the bond has been lodged, therefore the Permit to Mine should be released (what was it?) 8 weeks after advertising. i had an attempt to see if it has been advertised via the site provided last week: http://wyopublicnotices.com/ but didn't have any luck, has anyone else had a look?
and yes, we all know that the critical permits are the SML and the following court case but this is another step and further de-risking IMO.
