fluffy which AGM resolutions are you talking about ? I found that part of your post hard to decipher. Are you suggesting there will be a lot more transparency on the financing situation within 10 weeks ? If that's your gist can you tell me why. I honestly can't see any particular catalyst for a lot of information coming our way by any timeframe that short.In fact I'm not expecting significant financing news this year. I'd love to be proven wrong however.
If the ration is as low as 1 option per 6 shares I'd be stunned. Typically PEN management have been most generous with options any time these have been used to sweeten a deal. If we're lucky it could be 1 for 4.
