roy123, as expected you were asked to trawl through previous posts, but if you ask about permitting, you won't be told to trawl through the previous posts but will get replies with multiple posts for weeks.
i think most holders knows who hold the shares and who don't. I can buy 10 shares in PEN and disclose that i have an "position" but my intentions might be different, you know what i mean :)
