Note section 3.5.8, page 7: 4 months for construction, 15 months for exploration.
I think surely four months is conservative, as some construction of pads and access paths can happen in parallel while drilling is already happening elsewhere. Also note probable starting date at time of lodgement was given as 11 01 2016 (little typo there). Would be nice if we could still make that.
Maybe I'll get my daughter to squeeze in a drill permit in her letter to Santa - somewhere between the puppy and the iPad.
