(Approval No. C 2011-3).

Mancal Coal Inc. has applied, pursuant to sections 10 and 15 of the Coal Conservation Act, to amend the current Mine Permit No. C 82-60 into two distinct mine permits, one permit (McLeod River Mine No. 1798) remaining in the name of Mancal Coal Inc. (Permit No. C 2011-4).
