yes SDWS but the Heading clearly say "IF "Environmental hurdle cleared.
That's a lot to gamble with a project that's given away 50% and a market cap of $1.2 billion AND they still don't know exactly how many acres the have to produce product with or whether the permitting will be delayed still.
