Since you came onto this board every comment has bee negative so I wonder why you still hold the stock. The day you arrived the share was trading around 77c & if you believed that the buckwheat & the Chairman selling shares & converting options were all so bad then you should have had the stones to sell then - just think you could have then bought them all back at around 32-33c

Your sentiment s/b "sell" & that's what you should do if you are unhappy with the way the BoD is handling this

I think this is the sleeper stock of the year & as others have posted "stick it in the bottom drawer & let it mature". Sure, its been a rollercoaster of a ride these past 3-4 months, but that's what you get with a speculative stock that comes good due to the efforts of the board to get the job done - I wish some of the other companies I have speculated in had boards with the clear focus of improving SH value rather than using SH funds to assist their life styles
