There are two separate permits being discussed here.

1. Nunasvaara South Environmental Permit with the Land and Environment Court

• According to the newsletter, Talga have been engaging with the environmental court and are expecting this to be announced by the court for deliberation in autumn, with a permit expected to be granted next year. Talga have said they won't submit the Niska environmental permit until this granted.

2. Building and Land Permit with the Kiruna Municipality (according to the map in the detailed plan it covers the entire Vittangi area - Nunasvaara and Niska)
