For all we know the decision is made internally and is sitting with some review board or waiting for the signature of some political figure, which is in chaos due to elections at moment as you well know.

I don't expect any permits before Q2 next year, as was always communicated so far. So why would you be so rallied up about some conflicting information? Maybe you should remember that I got a lot of heat from your previous account for not believing the 10$ share price this year? Guess what, you were wrong and now you might be wrong again suspecting malicious intent by anyone not singing your song.
