You set up a water treatment plant with settlement tanks that lets the heavy solids fall out of it and use a flocculant if you need to separate more heavy suspended particles. Then the ph of the water can be fixed up with acid or alkaline and pumped out through a series of changable filters. The water you end up discharging should be clean as.. This is not that hard to set up or look after.
