Here's something from the recent quarterly activities that is a definate advantage.

WWC has over 30 years experience in all facets of the Wyoming regulatory and permitting process and is
already familiar with the Lance projects having been involved in the rehabilitation of the Nubeth pilot plant at Ross in
the 1980’s.
WWC has committed to the completion and submission of permitting applications to the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) and Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality by 1 December 2010.

I didn't realise WWC were the ones involved in the rehabilitation of the pilot plant.

Its no wonder they have committed to date stated. They already know everything about it.

Pen have certainly done their homework, when it comes to appointments.

Just look at Al Berglunds past projects.
